We always thought that the fumes from all of those ugly grandma sweaters and cheap jewelry would one day drive someone crazy, we just didn't realize the breakdown goodness would happen on air! Host Colleen Lopez was showing off another ugly piece of jewelry while talking to a fan live. Surprise! The fan was crazy and it pushed Colleen over the edge.
