The Public Art Exhibit Of Waterfalls in New York

We thought the East River off Manhattan was missing something...oh yeah, not enough waterfalls. Artist Olafur Eliasson has installed four man-made waterfalls that will be flowing into the East River through October 13th. They look kind odd but we don't claim to know anything about art.
