Surveillance Video of Hit and Run of Elderly Man

These guys deserve jerks of the year award. Hartford police just released this surveillance video of a 78 year-old man being hit by a car and then just ignored by bystanders after the car takes off. Police released the video in hopes that they'll find the heartless person who left this man for dead.
