Just writing to let you know....
I am on my second 11 days of WLFI (aka Fat Loss 4 Idiots) eating plan. On my first 11 days, I lost 14 pounds. I have already lost more on my second 11 days - I can feel it. For my 3 days I did eat some junkfood - my birthday cake, Golden Corral & Spaghetti warehouse, but I only gained a few pounds. My first few days of my second 11 I lost those and now I'm losing more.

I will probably drop another 9-12 this 11 days. I just love it! I had recently been on Weight Watchers and couldn't afford it. This was $27 for 90 days! Dang - what a bargain!

Reader Drops 7 Pounds in Only 7 Days on Fat Loss 4 Idiots Plan!

This review of Fat Loss 4 Idiots (the Idiot Proof Diet) comes to us from Cheryl in Alberta:

This diet came to me via a friend who had lost 17 pounds. My age, weight and fitness level were approximately the same as hers and I decided after years of trying WW and various other diets to give it a shot. I started at 150 pounds and within 7 days had gone down to 143 pounds.

It was easy to follow and when you add in salsa and other allowable things I found I was never feeling great hunger pangs and was content to eat the 4 small meals a day. So far so good. There are currently 10 women watching me carefully to see if it works and they have promised to hop on board if I am successful.

I plan to continue on to my 3 day break and then do another 11 day cycle. Recommend it so far. I also do the 45 minute walking every day and have managed to stay fit for the last 30 years through various exercise routines. Walking is easy!!!
