Robber Beaten Up While Trying to Rob Pizza Store
You don't want to rob this pizza shop. Police in Denton, Texas say that
Benjamin Ramirez strolled on into the Pizza Patron wearing a wig and dark sunglasses and appeared to be holding a silver handgun. That's when this robbery goes bad for him. The 17-year-old Rudy Sandoval decided to go all Chuck Norris on the robber and after a struggle, ends up punching and leaving him unconscious for several minutes. That's right, they can take more than 30 minutes to delivery your pizza if they are kicking ass.

Video of Toddler Forced to Smoke Marijuana - Boo, Hiss!
Note to idiots: if you're going to sell a camcorder to a pawn shop, make sure you removed the tape from it first, especially if it contains footage of you forcing a toddler to smoke pot! In the clip, a young woman is seen holding the 18-month old girl in her lap and shoving a pipe in her mouth, forcing the kid to smoke.
Melvin L. Blevins, 18, and Angel Dailey, 16, of Pataskala have been charged in the incident. Neither went peacefully when arrested, as Daily resisted arrest and Blevins, identified as her boyfriend in the juvenile court complaint, aided in her unsuccessful attempt to escape. Soccer Player Scores Penalty Goal Against Own Team!
I'm not a real huge soccer fan, but I understand what a penalty kick is: after a guy from the other team does something bad, the best player on your team gets to go one-on-one with the goalie, while his teammates stand around and watch. In this case (which reportedly happened last year in Hungary) the goalie makes an amazing save and then a player from his OWN TEAM kicks the ball back toward the goal. Idiot! Watch it and cringe. I wouldn't have wanted to be him in the locker room after that game.

Fan Hits Athletic Bilbao Soccer Goalie in Face with Water Bottle During Real Betis Game
A soccer fan in Spain wanted to show his disgust for Armando, the goalie of the Athletic Bilbao team after he allowed the second goal of the game against Real Betis. So, he does what any loyal soccer fan does: he calmly walks down the stairs to the edge of the field separating the stands from the field, waits until the goalie turns to get an out-of-bounds ball, then throws a plastic bottle filled with liquid at the guy.
Unfortunately, his aim was better than the team's and he nailed Armando right in the face, dropping him to his knees and opening a cut on his face. Security guards immediately grabbed the fan, who--if you watch the video--just calmly turns and starts walking up the stairs after his toss, as if that's exactly what he intended to do. At that point the referee also called the game, fearing additional hooligan violence. If you watch the clip, they show the toss a couple of times at the beginning, then a couple of goals being scored, and then back to the bottle . . . and it's all in Spanish, but I think you can tell pretty well what's going on.Labels: dumbass, fan violence, soccer

Dunkin' Donuts Employee Dustin Hoffman Bashes Robber in the Head With Coffee Mug - Video Clip

Here's more from MSNBC:When a robber started taking cash from his register over the weekend, Dunkin' Donuts employee Dustin Hoffmann fought back by clobbering the man with a ceramic mug. But Hoffmann admits he was less worried about the stolen cash than how he might look on the video-sharing site YouTube.
"What was going through my mind at that point was that the security tape is either going to show me run away and hide in the office or whack this guy in the head, so I just grabbed the cup and clocked the guy pretty hard," Hoffmann told The Record of Bergen County for Tuesday's editions.
The incident happened Sunday evening when the robber came into the westbound Route 46 Dunkin' Donuts and ordered a pastry, according to Elmwood Park Police Chief Donald Ingrasselino. Man in Wheelchair Tasered in Court After Attacking Attorney, Brought Back in Strapped to Chair & Wearing Spit Guard - Wendall Hollingsworth
Legally insane, or the lead contender for the 2008 Dumbass of the Year? Meet Wendall Hollingsworth, of Columbus, Ohio, accused of holding churchgoers at gunpoint during a robbery. He's seen being wheeled into court in a wheelchair, then for no reason starts kicking his court appointed attorney, before being tasered by a sheriff's deputy. And wait 'til you see the get up that had him when they finally brought him back into court! Here's more from Ohio News:During the struggle to restrain him, a Franklin County Sheriff's deputy was inadvertently shocked by his partner's Taser.
Hollingsworth was immediately removed from the courtroom, but returned short time later, heavily restrained and wearing a spit guard.
Weisman and Judge Julie Lynch attempted to continue with the proceedings, but Hollingsworth interrupted and demanded to be taken back to his cell.
"Take me back to my cell," Hollingsworth said. "I don't want to be part of this farce. This is a farce. Why won't they let me fire you?"
Hollingsworth continued with an obscenity-laced rant against his attorney and the judge, 10TV News reported.
At one point, an attorney said the maximum sentence Hollingsworth could receive is 104 years.
"Give it to me now. Give me 250 years right now," Hollingsworth yelled. "It's unfair. How the (expletive) are you going to treat me fair? Aren't you a catholic? I'm charged with robbing a Catholic church."

Avril Lavigne, now comes word that she may have stolen a song from a 70's band! Here's more from the IHT:Avril Lavigne faces a lawsuit by the members of a 1970s rock band who claim her hit song "Girlfriend" rips off one of their tunes.
Songwriters Tommy Dunbar and James Gangwer alleged in a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court that Lavigne and her co-writers lifted their 1979 song "I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend," which was originally performed by new wave band The Rubinoos.
"We are not so naive as to chalk it up to some sort of cosmic coincidence," Dunbar said in a statement Thursday. "The lyric, the meter, the rhythm — they're identical."
The first court date has been set for Aug. 28 in Oakland.

Shark Bites Man in Hand - Delray Beach Florida

Andy Hurdman and his buddies noticed some sharks while they were kite-boarding. They decided they wanted to catch one of them. So, they jumped in a kayak hooked one of the sharks and brought it to shore.

As you can see, the shark clamped down on Gregory Kuehlewind’s hand. On-lookers managed to quickly pry open the shark’s mouth with the handle of a net.
