CFL Football Player Spikes Ball and Hits Himself in the Balls
We never thought there would be anything worth posting from The Canadian Football League but we were wrong. This short clip shows a very excited player (possibly a quarterback) who, at a moment of excitement, spikes the ball and it comes back up to hit him in the balls. Classic ball in the groin moment. Maybe Canadian football is a real...naw, nevermind.

Security Dog Bites Auburn Football Player
Part of us just didn't believe that those highly trained dogs that police and security have wont just snap. It looks like this puppy didn't like the hand of #8 Powers, an Auburn football player and chomped right down as he ran into the end zone during the game against Alabama. Someone should have told this dog to save his rage for Michael Vick because the dog probably wont be chewing on anything in a stadium for a long time.

Darby and Davidson were playing in football a few weekends ago and someone on the Davidson side thought it would be a good idea to hold up signs to say how much Darby sucks. University of Michigan's Football Loss to Appalachian State
Ah to be a young, arrogant football player for the University of Michigan. Too bad they got their asses handed to them this weekend by Appalachian State's tough as nails team. The #5 Wolverines almost pulled it off at the very end but managed to suck just enough to lose it all. They lost at the Big House too! Fiesta Bowl Star Ian Johnson Marries After Live Proposal to His Girlfriend
Football sometimes has to do with love as Boise State star Ian Johnson showed after he scored the winning touchdown at the Fiesta Bowl. He ran off the field and proposed on air to his Boise State cheerleader girlfriend Chrissy Popadics. The football couple tied the knot this past weekend despite some people who were upset by their interracial relationship. Here's a video of the proposal caught live on TV.

Brawl Breaks Out at End of Soccer Game, Fans Still Bored -
Soccer officials are looking into the Champions League post-match brawl between Valencia and Inter Milan earlier this week. According to reports, as the tie game ended Valencia's David Navarro (a substitute player) ran out onto the field and punched Milan's Nicolas Burdisso and punched him in the nose. Video From the Pro Bowl: Punter Brian Moorman Jacked Up by Sean Taylor
A fake punt. . . during the NFL Pro Bowl? What were the coaches thinking? Oh yeah, that punter Brian Moorman who have a huge hit laid on him by the Redskins Sean Taylor to make an otherwise boring game more interesting. It worked. Moorman laid on the ground for a minute (probably checking to see if he had all his teeth, jumped up and eventually made his way over to congratulate Taylor on the fine hit.
