Second: what the hell? This is pretty stupid, even for a Jackass like Steve-O. Damaging the wall of an apartment to try and provoke your lawyer neighbor into calling the cops? Mission accomplished there.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department the 33-year-old has been arrested and booked on vandalism charges, but then was taken into custody at a Hollywood police station for an outstanding traffic warrant and possession of a controlled substance. Below are parts 1 and 2 of a clip called "Meet and Greet."
